Frequently Asked Questions

Does the booth come with an attendant?

Yes! A professional photo booth concierge is included with almost every rental. They will test and troubleshoot the booth beforehand and are there to assist your attendees throughout the night and keep the prop table looking spiffy! We also offer options without an attendant

Can we get digital copies of the pictures?

Will I get an attendant for my event?

Yes! All of our booths come with a dedicated attendant who will be there for setup, run time, and tear down. Our attendants are trained to help your guests get the most out of their photo booth experience, from helping them choose props and strike a pose to making sure they get their photos quickly and easily. 

Can you set up for my event early?

Yes- Our day-of attendants arrive 2 hours prior to the start of your event. If you need them to arrive earlier, we charge idle hours at a rate of $50/hour, billed in 30-minute increments. Idle hours must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the project date.

Is there a limit to the number of photos my guests can take during the rental period?

Nope! No limit at all! We want you to have as much fun as possible. 

How much space do you need?

We will need a minimum space of 8'x8' for both our enclosed photo booth and our open air photo booth

Can I share on social media?

Yes. Instant social sharing is the way to go. You can instantly share the photos via Email, WhatsApp, Instagram. Guest can even come back later in the night, and share photos that were taken hours earlier!

Do you provide Black and White photos?

Yes these can be provided in addition to color photos in your online gallery or shot only in black and white for instant sharing

What size are the photos?

There are two options when it comes to the photo strip sizes. Any one of our photo booths can print either a 2X6 or 4X6 photo. Though all of our rentals come standard with 2X6 prints you can easily upgrade to 4X6 prints at a very low cost.
